Cabot Leadership

Tim and Chrissy have been attending and serving at New Life Church in various capacities since 2011 with their most recent role as New Life Church Cabot Life Group pastors since July of 2021.  Tim and Chrissy have been married 26 years and enjoy camping, hanging out with friends and pastoring friends and community through life groups.  

Kristin began attending New Life Church in 2014. Not long after that she started serving in our Kid Life and Real Life ministries. In 2021, Kristin came on staff as campus administrator. Along with this role, she still faithfully serves in our kid’s ministry. She strives to share the love of God to everyone around her.

Stephanie Pack has been New Life Church Cabot’s Little Life pastor since 2010. She loves to create moments where children can learn about and connect with the Father, and considers it a blessing to play a part in God’s vision for the state of Arkansas. In 2012, she married her husband, Thomas. They have a beautiful daughter, Lilah, and a handsome son, Cade, who serve as Little Life’s unofficial mascots. spack@newlifechurch.tv

Bernie and Stephanie Schreyer have been serving at New Life Church since 2008.They have three grown adult children of their own who love the Lord. They began full time ministry as NLC Cabot’s Kid Life pastors since 2012. They are also very involved with marriage ministry, being married for over 25 years.  The two enjoy hanging out with their family, entertaining guests at their home, and building community through life groups.  bschreyer@newlifechurch.tv

Ricky Tomboli serves as the Student Pastor, overseeing our FourTwelve and Real Life ministries. He loves to spend time with family and friends, root for all things Razorback, and enjoys drinking way too much coffee. With help from his leadership team, he works hard to pursue the heart of Jesus and the hearts of students in our community. rtomboli@newlifechurch.tv

In 2014, Angela Spencer and her husband, TK, joined New Life Church after searching for a church in Cabot to call home. Both jumped in and started serving immediately, and Angela came on staff as Cabot’s campus administrator in 2016. In addition to this role, she leads the outreach teams, bringing the love of Jesus out into the community. Angela loves that New Life gets to reach Arkansas with the hope of Christ alongside other churches. angela.spencer@newlifechurch.tv
