Dr. Randy & Karen Hathaway
Randy and Karen Hathaway serve as campus administrators of New Life Church's Mayflower campus. Randy joined the Mayflower campus after a 36-year career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Karen has served as an attorney and an instructor of law and accounting at the University of Central Arkansas. Randy and Karen have also been involved for many years as Bible Study Fellowship leaders. Their passion is to connect with the people of Mayflower and see them grow in their relationships with Christ. They have been married since 1984 and have two children, Kristin and Caleb.
Blake & Ashley Polston
Blake and Ashley joined New Life Church leadership in 2017. Before this, Blake served as a staff instructor at John 3:16 Ministries. Blake and Ashley now serve as associate pastors for the Mayflower campus. They have a huge heart for family, community, and recovery.
David & Brittany Spradling
David and Brittany joined New Life Church in 2015. They have four children together, Addison, Savannah, Paytin and Fisher. After serving at the Cabot campus for two years, Mayflower was where they were led to be. They are very excited to be a part of this community and the Arkansas God sees.
Ed & Michelle Britton
Ed and Michelle have been serving at the NLC Conway campus for the last eight years in various areas, but primarily in the Little Life hallways. They have joined the NLC Mayflower Campus as Little Life Leaders since January of 2018.
Rick & Michelle Bezet
Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country.
Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married for 30 years and live in Conway, Arkansas. They have four children and love life as grandparents.
Bryan & Libby Stell
Bryan and Libby Stell have enjoyed leading and serving in various ministries at the Conway and Greater Little Rock campuses for many years. Bryan served as the tornado relief chaplain for the Arkansas Dream Center in Mayflower for almost two years after the tornado of 2014, really getting to know the residents of the city. They are both thrilled to now be serving at NLC Mayflower. Libby is a Registered Nurse Practitioner, working in nurse recruitment at UAMS. They have three sons for whom Bryan is stepdad, and they have one daughter-in-law.
