Kurt and Mary Von Eschen serve as the Executive Pastor of the Conway Campus while also leading membership engagement across our 18 campuses, overseeing areas like Life Groups and Connect – helping people find their people and place within our church. They are passionate about reaching those far from God and helping them get connected in biblical community. They were married in 1999 and have four awesome kids (Grace, Judah, Zoe, and Torah). Amir and Bethany Rostampour are the Teaching Pastors and Young Adult pastors at NLC Conway. They have served and pastored young adults in many different roles throughout their time as pastors. They are passionate about encouraging, shepherding, and equipping young adults to be followers of Jesus and find their place in the Church and biblical community. They love to see people connect and utilize their God-given gifts to serve the Church. They have been on staff at New Life Church since 2014.  Bethany is on staff as an administrative assistant to one of our Executive Pastors. Justin and Emily serve as the Serve Pastors and College Pastors at our NLC Conway campus. They both attended college in Conway, Justin a graduate of Central Baptist College and Emily a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. They have been married since 2017 and have been on staff in different roles since 2012. They have two children, Denver and Eliza. Daxon and Caitlin Crow serve as the Youth pastors of the Conway campus. They live to follow God and inspire, equip, and disciple others to follow Jesus for a lifetime! Hannah and Christian have served as the Youth Middle pastors since January 2022. They are passionate about partnering with parents as they disciple their children and build a foundational relationship with Christ. Ben and Tamara Watson are New Life Church Conway’s Kid Life pastors for 1st-4th graders. They have been serving in the church’s children’s ministry since 2011 and are passionate about introducing Jesus to elementary-age children in an exciting and authentic way. Clayton & Katelyn Vaught are New Life Church Conway’s Little Life pastors for six-week-old to kindergarten children. They have been part of NLC since 2012 & Little Life since 2021. Jim and Cindy have been on the pastoral staff at NLC Conway for 12 years, serving in a variety of roles. Presently, they serve in pastoral care with a major focus on marriage and freedom ministries. Johnny Lewis serves as Pastoral Care Pastor of New Life Church Conway with his wife, Kathy. Johnny is responsible for helping implement the vision and values of New Life Church while overseeing the hospital and prison ministries of the church. He gives oversight and direction for weddings, funerals, and the observance of communion and baptism. Johnny and Kathy have been married since 1983 and have two grown boys. jlewis@newlifechurch.tv

Dr. Quentin Wash-is-pack (also known as Dr. Q) is the Executive Global Missions Pastor at New Life Church, and he oversees missions and outreach for all 18 NLC campuses.  As mission pastor he has sent over 10,000 people on short term mission trips. He has been to China, Hong Kong and Macau 59 times.  He has also ministered in over 30 countries. They moved to Conway in 2001 from Mountain Home, AR.  He and Lisette are Cajuns from south Louisiana. He has been married to Lisette Washispack for 38 years.  They have four children: Abby & husband Ryan (2 children – McCoy & Calvin), Hope & husband Zack, Seth, and Ethan.  doctorqjw@newlifechurch.tv.

Dr. AJ is in charge of campus operations, maintaining the day-to-day activities of the campus, and supporting the staff and members of NLC as they bring the life-changing message of Jesus across Arkansas. AJ works with the Campus Pastor and Central teams to coordinate weekly events, conferences, staff, and services. AJ is happily married to Mikayla, who serves on the worship and Connect Class teams.
