Fort Smith Leadership

Nick and Megan Bertin serve as the Associate Pastors at the Fort Smith campus. The couple has a desire to see people establish a genuine relationship with God, as well as join a community of believers to live life with. Nick and Megan started attending New Life Church while in college in Conway and decided to move to Fort Smith in 2014 to join the team there. They have been married since 2010 and have four children—Judah, Zoe, Corleigh, and Bennett. nbertin@newlifechurch.tv  

Michael and Danielle serve as the Youth pastors, working with grades 7th-12th. Michael and Danielle are passionate about walking along side students as they develop their own authentic relationship with Christ. The vision for Youth is centered around facilitating discipleship based mentorship to develop devoted followers of Christ, even in the midsts of the challenges faced by today’s students. michael.durossette@newlifechurch.tv  

In 2010, Sarah Hansen attended a service at New Life Church’s Fort Smith campus. Soon afterwards, she met her husband, Sam, who moved from Wisconsin to intern at New Life. The couple now leads the church’s Little Life, Kid Life and Youth Middle ministries, teaching the Word of God to students of all ages. Israel and Irma Menchaca serve as the Spanish pastors of New Life Church en Español at the Fort Smith campus. Together, they have served their community for several years, planted churches, and coached pastors and leaders in the River Valley. The two are passionate about people coming to Christ and discovering their gifts and unique purpose while having life-giving relationships. Israel and Irma have been married since 2001 and have three terrific children—Josias, Joel, and Raquel. Han servido a la comunidad durante varios años, han plantado iglesias y han entrenado pastores y líderes en el River Valley.
