In both roles, she brings a strong sense of organization, excellence, and a heart to serve. Whether she’s managing schedules, coordinating campus operations, or supporting the pastoral team, Kalynn plays a vital part in helping the vision of the church come to life. Tommy and Amber are passionate about helping people come to know Jesus in a real and personal way. They believe that life change happens best in community and love walking with individuals and families as they grow daily in their faith. Dale and Kim Hull have a deep passion for seeing people truly cared for, experiencing healing, recovery, and freedom through Christ. Through their leadership of the Re:gen ministry, they walk alongside individuals with compassion and grace, helping them navigate life’s challenges and take meaningful steps toward restoration. Robert and Leslie Upshaw have a deep love for pastoring God’s people and a heart dedicated to seeing marriages healed and thriving. Steve and Linda have a deep passion for marriage ministry. With 33 years of experience in a blended family, they strongly believe that every marriage can flourish when Christ is at the center. Known for openly sharing both successes and failures, they use practical wisdom and relatable stories to guide couples in what to do and what to avoid. With a heart for counseling and encouragement, Pastor Steve is committed to supporting couples and families as they grow stronger together. Shawn and Kristi Myers find their greatest joy in leading people to praise our God and Savior. Gary serves as the facilities pastor, where he faithfully oversees the day-to-day care and stewardship of the church property. He ensures that every space is welcoming, functional, and ready for ministry to happen. Beyond his practical responsibilities, Gary and wife, Blaise, have a deep passion for the Word of God. They love leading Bible studies and teaching classes that bring clarity, enthusiasm, and a deep reverence for God’s Word. Pat serves faithfully as a Lay Serve Pastor, using his natural gift for serving to lead and inspire others. With a deep passion for the local church and the surrounding community, Pat oversees the weekend serve teams. Serving isn’t just something Pat does, it’s who he is. He leads with humility, compassion, and a steady commitment to seeing lives impacted through simple acts of kindness and service. Tony serves as the Local Missions Director alongside his wife, Shannon, and together they are passionate about connecting the church to the needs of the community. Through strategic partnerships, volunteer engagement, and compassionate leadership, they focus on building meaningful relationships that bring hope and lasting impact beyond the church walls. Taylor serves as the Front Desk Receptionist at New Life, and is the first friendly face people encounter. With a genuine heart for people, she plays a vital role in keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. Taylor manages building schedules for events and meetings, oversees benevolence needs, and handles all of Gary’s job responsibilities. Highly organized and dependable, Taylor brings excellence to every detail while creating a welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and guests. Beyond her role at the front desk, Taylor has a deep passion for the next generation. She and her husband, Jeffery, pastor Youth Middle, investing in students and helping shape their faith and leadership.
