Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church of Arkansas. Pastor Rick’s heart and motivation is always to see the next person encounter Jesus. The vision of New Life reflects this passion as we grow throughout our state and country. Rick and his lovely wife, Michelle, have been married since 1988 and live in Conway, Arkansas. They have four children and love life as grandparents.

Chuck and Amy Jeffcoats began serving at New Life Church Heber Springs in 2010 and became pastors in 2013. Believing that excellence honors God and inspires people, the two put forth maximum effort in all aspects of life—especially in leading others to Christ. The couple has been happily married since 2009.

Michael and Kellie have been a part of New Life Church since 2010. They have been married since 2013 and became student pastors in 2017. They have a heart for building up leaders and disciples in the next generation.

Peni and husband, Michael have been a part of the New Life family since 2008. Peni joined the Heber Springs team as Pastor James and Kimonie’s assistant in 2010. She loves getting to see church members learn to walk in godly purpose as their lives are changed and their hearts are healed.

Karen has served for years at our Outreach campus leading a team of volunteers to fulfill the needs of our community with the food pantry and resource center.

Candace has been a part of New Life Church since 2010. She joined the team as Media Director in 2020 and loves getting to create pictures, graphics, and videos that show people what being a part of the New Life Church family feels like.
