Hot Springs Leadership

Tony & Cindy have been a part of New Life Church Hot Springs since 2014. They came on staff as associate pastors in 2018 and they are passionate about seeing God’s people dive deeper in truth and closer in community. Tony & Cindy married in 1984 and moved to Hot Springs in 2002. They love being with their family, having people into their home, and taking part in community outreach. They have two children and four wonderful grandchildren.

Since 2012, Connor and Kelly Smithson have been a part of New Life Church Hot Springs, where they lead as worship pastors.  They have a passion for leading genuine worship and instructing others in worshipping the Lord. Connor and Kelly married in 2014 and have three sons, Luke, Grant, and Will along with two dogs!

BJ and Sonya Easterling serve as the Next Gen pastors at our Hot Springs campus. Both have a history in student ministry and a passion to answer God’s call with obedience. After meeting during an internship and marrying in 2006, the Easterlings came to Hot Springs and joined the New Life Church family. With years of experience behind them, BJ and Sonya have been able to encourage and care for the children of Hot Springs as they grow. They also have two children of their own, Trey and Aylor.

Spencer and Brooklyn have each called NLC home for the majority of their lives. After serving at a collective 4 different campuses, they were married in the spring of 2022 and were called to Hot Springs. There, they have a vision for the next generation to be guided in truth and love and to grow in their relationships with Jesus.

Vince and Angela have been a part of New Life Church Hot Springs since it first opened in 2011. Vince and Angela first started serving at NLC by cooking for events at the campuses around the state. They came on staff as associate pastors in 2021 and they are passionate about cooking and fishing for souls. Vince and Angela married in 1983 and moved from Louisiana to Hot Springs in 2005. They love spending time with their family and friends. They love cooking and entertaining people in their home. They have 4 children and 12 wonderful grandchildren.
