Harry & Sherlyn Bates serve as the Lead Executive Campus Development and West Little Rock Pastors. Harry and Sherlyn have been part of the NLC family since its beginning, and have a huge heart for the state of Arkansas and a passion for serving people. The couple has been married for more than 25 years and have two wonderful children, Katelyn and Justin.
